Our Assessment and Reporting policy focuses on what children learn, on the way they learn and provides information to parents, children and teachers in a clear and concise manner.
Student Reports contain information on what has been achieved, what still has to be achieved and how adults are able to support this process. Reports are distributed towards the end of terms 2 and 4 each year.
Formal Parent/Teacher Conferences occur in terms 1 and 3. However, parents may make appointments at any mutually acceptable time during the year to discuss their child's progress.
Learning Journals are created to provide families with physical evidence of student learning at St. Joseph's.
